Our time trial is held every Tuesday at Kearsney College from just outside the Greyhound Building. 

We start at 17:45pm.

Our time trial route is a scenic tour of Botha's Hill and you can do choose from either a 4km timed loop or two laps to complete the 8km route.

Runners and walkers are welcome - and if you are just starting out, please come and join our "walkie talkie group". Everybody is welcome and you do not need to be a member.

The roads are quiet and the route very pleasant.
